Description:
•Perform duties of Machine Operator, Oven
Operator, Pan Setter, Mixer, etc.
•Follow procedures outlined according to Food
Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan
Requirements:
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Able to adapt to frequent changes in production
lines
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds
•Able to stand for a full shift
• Able to work irregular and/or rotating shifts

Sanitor
Sanitor
Description:
•Maintain high cleaning standards in and all around the areas of the plant
•Ensure product specification standards are being met
•Clean bakery equipment and all areas using
specific procedures
•Keep accurate records of cleaning performed
•Inform supervisor of any unsanitary practices that
may be occurring
•Perform daily and down day assignments as
scheduled by supervisor
•Assist and train other associates as
required by supervisor

Mechanic
Mechanic
Description:
•Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance
and repairs on production machinery
•Inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment
to diagnose machine malfunction
•Ensure safety by following all company policies,
including safety rules
•Complete all assigned work within the time allotted
•Maintain complete records of work performed
using software
•Participate in continuous improvement
•Hazardous working environment
Requirements:
•Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
•Requires physical strength for highly repetitive
motions, including standing for 8+ hours
•Ability to climb ladders, stairways, use a man lift/
scissor lift at ceiling heights or above with proper
safety equipment and work in a non-
airconditioned environment
•Identify required parts and maintain current
inventories
